AYURVEDIC HEAD, NECK & SHOULDER MASSAGE ( 30 min)

Head & Neck are given a relaxing Massage with special oil used to stop the loss of hair and help soothe eye strain caused by pollution of the atmosphere, Vehicle head lights, computer screens and Television. It eases stiffness of the spinal cord and neck muscles, promotes blood circulation in the scalp, dryness from air conditioning and also provides relief in cases of neuritis and neuralgia.

AYURVEDIC BODY MASSAGE ( Head to Toe- 60 min)

A Therapist will massage you gently with Ayurvedic oil chosen to suite your body condition. This massage improves blood circulation, relieving rheumatic and arthritic pain, turning up the nervous system, encouraging detoxification and providing a luxurious healthy glow to the skin. Massage makes muscles flexible & stimulates glandular activities. It relieves congestion of the bladder and sexual organs, helping to prevent the formation of stones. Warm Ayurvedic oils, will deeply penetrate and hydrate your skin. Intricate patterns are woven by hand moving in synchrony as he follows the lymph in your body.
You can have this Massage in Hard or soft according to your choice.

AYURVEDIC FOOT MASSAGE ( 30 Min)

Foot massage is an ancient system of Ayurvedic massage; it has been used for more than 3000 years.
It prevents and cures many diseases,
For example: headaches, tension, asthma, Constipation, sinusitis & migraines etc. To say that sensory nerves of internal organs as well as skin. All of these sensory nerves are mainly rooted at the planter of foot. The foot massage stimulates the activity of internal organs and improves blood and lymph circulation.

HERBAL STEAM BATH (20 MIN)

Herbs are boiled in a pot and its Vapor is passed on to the whole body or to an affected organ.
A wooden chamber used is steaming performed to the whole body its also effective for paralysis numbness and pain, swelling and stiffness of joints.
16 fresh & dried herbs make up the boiling pot which produces the steam for this remedy. It opens the capillaries and tissue crevices(Sweat pores) to induce Sweating and exclude the waste matter.

Sheerodhara ( Warm Oil Head Treatment)
The person is allowed to lay on a wooden bed and an earthen pot is hung above his head. Blend of high potency Herbal oil is poured in to the pot and is allowed to fall on the forehead through a hole continuously.
Especially this Treatment leads to deep mental and spiritual relaxation, Improves powers of Concentration and helps alleviate headaches and sleeplessness (Insomnia) Also this treatment is very effective for kind of paralysis.

Ayurvedic Body Massage (Head to Toe)

Herbal Stem Bath

As many as 16 fresh and dry herbs make up the boiling pot which produces the steam for this remedy.
Or Herbs are boiled in a pot, and its vapor is passed on to the whole body or to an affected organ. It opens the capillaries and tissue (Sweat porous) crevices to induce sweating and exclude waste matter.

SarwangaDhara ( Oil Bath)
The Medicated liquid oils are poured allover the body of the patient. Oil is poured from a particular height and a simultaneous massage is also done. This procedure provides strength to the tissues & promotes biological fire. The luster & the beauty of the body is enriched. The sense organs become clear & overall longevity achieved.
This procedure helps regeneration and rejuvenation in the body and especially good in the management of Vatika diseases.

Herbal Bath
Herbs are boiled and the resulting liquied is added to warm both capillaries and the space between tissue are dilated and purified while the herbs have a healing effect and create a general sense of well being.

Kati Wasthi
Retention of warm medicated oil which enhances proper function of nerves of the Spinal cord by reducing pain on patient’s back area (Lumbar and sacral areas) about 30 minutes. For the maximum results this treatment should be done at least 5 days continuously.

Shiro Wasthi

The head is provided with a scuff of leather like a cap with open base. The base is filled with medicated oil which is allowed to stand for an indicated period of time.
This is also an other head oil application. In this method the oil soaks on the top of the head for nearly 45 minutes.
By this treatment can be prevent or Cures, Facial paralysis, Headaches & other head disorders, Eye disorders
(eg. refraction errors), Insomnia, Dryness of mouth & nose, loss of sensation, sinus disorders & specially makes the hair roots strong & prevent by falling hair.

Natural medicated Body scrub
(Herbal mixture applying in whole Body)

This is a special herbal body scrub which contains more than 15 types of herbs. Those herbs are mixed with fresh cow milk together & prepare as a paste.

This paste has special properties to balance three vital energies of body (Vata,Pitta,Kapha). This Treatment is very effective for diseases like, excessive body heat, excessive sweating, muscle pains, tendon pains & verities of the skin diseases.
